What started as a humble eatery offering local favorites like pelau, stewed chicken, fish meals, and sandwiches, soon became a beloved spot in the community.
In November 2006, at just 22 years old, Anna Jervier took over the reins from her mother, Eugenia. With a fresh perspective and a deep respect for her roots, Anna transformed Chez Wen into the vibrant seafood haven it is today, while still catering to those who prefer meat dishes. Her passion for food, creativity, and the love for her family’s legacy drive the restaurant’s continuing success.
